Who we are

Executive Technology Solutions, LLC ("ETS") operates exectechllc.com. This policy describes how ETS handles information submitted through the website, project inquiries, support requests, and the customer portal.

Information we collect

If you request a consultation or support, we collect the name, company, email, phone number, service interest, timeframe, budget range, and project or issue details you submit. If ETS creates a customer account for you, we store the account name, email, company, and the password hash used to sign in. Portal records may include projects, quotes, support tickets, and document names associated with that account.

The site also stores a sign-in cookie so a logged-in customer or administrator stays signed in. Server logs may include the IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

ETS uses this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver support, manage active projects, and secure the website. Inquiry and support notices are sent to support@exectechllc.com. We do not sell personal information.

What not to send

Do not submit passwords, access credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential case data through the public forms. Use the channel ETS gives you for an active engagement when that material is required.

Sharing

ETS uses service providers for website hosting and Microsoft 365 email. Those providers process information only so ETS can operate the site and receive messages. ETS does not authorize them to use submitted information for their own marketing.

Retention and security

Inquiry, support, and portal records are kept for as long as needed to respond, perform the work, and keep ordinary business records. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to the admin area and customer portal requires a sign-in. No website transmission is completely secure; do not send material you are not prepared to transmit online.
