Customer portal accounts are issued by ETS. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for keeping the password confidential. ETS may suspend access that is unused, misused, or no longer tied to an active engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the site, probe or access systems without authorization, submit malware, use the forms to send spam, or misrepresent who you are. ETS may refuse or delete a submission that violates these terms.

Your submissions

You confirm that information you submit is accurate enough for ETS to respond, and that you have the right to share it. Do not send credentials or confidential case material through the public forms.

Intellectual property

ETS names, logo, and original site content belong to Executive Technology Solutions, LLC. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. You may not copy the site design or branding for your own commercial use.

Disclaimer and limit

The site is provided as available. ETS does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, ETS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Work performed for a customer is governed by the applicable agreement, not by these website terms.
